1. How long is the production cycle of the entire sliding door?
For standard configuration, starting from the drawing approval stage, our usual delivery time is 4-5 weeks, for non-standard colors, colored glass and other special upgrades, our delivery time is 10-14 weeks.
2. How to install?
When producing sliding doors, we will debug and test before leaving the factory, and then install all frames, door panels and hardware. After the commissioning is completed and the test is passed, the door frame and the door panel are separated, and then packaged. Therefore, when the product is received, the installation work is very simple, just fix the frame, connect the door hinge, install the hand and sealant. But the sliding door is too heavy and requires three people to complete it. Two people hold it, and one repairs it. In addition to the large panels, the factory also installed glass and hardware. Installation is not complicated, but it needs to be lifted and moved. In addition, in large-scale projects, we also have professional installation technicians who can help you.
3. How long is the warranty?
The warranty period for hardware and active components is five years. It is guaranteed that the glass will not lose its seal due to manufacturing defects within five years. Ensure that the aluminum profile is not affected by manufacturing defects, which can cause the loss of structural integrity for fifteen years.
4. Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
It is better to use 5mm double glass, because:
A) Sliding door looks ugly with a single glass. There is a wide space for glass, if you use a single glass, we will fill so much silicon in it.
B) 5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
C) 5mm double glass is more soundproof than 6mm single glass.
