EVOLUTION Engineering Progress
The Evolution of "Double" Fenestration Engineering
The historical transition from single-pane leaky framing to multi-point architectural double systems represents the greatest evolutionary leap in building physics. Early double pane systems suffered from desiccant degradation, perimeter sealant failure, and extreme edge thermal bridging. Today, double systems utilize multi-chambered polyamide 66 nylon thermal strips with 25% fiberglass reinforcement (PA66 GF25), preventing frame conductance.
Simultaneously, the evolution of dual multi-point locking has transformed security and air filtration. Guangdong Dejiyoupin Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. has led this space by developing and securing a patent for the exclusive four-side six-point lock invention. Unlike conventional systems that latch exclusively along the meeting rail or single jamb, our double systems mechanically lock around the entire sash perimeter, resisting pry-bar forced entry and ensuring airtight compression under severe wind vortex loads.
